just got my gym reds in and they came out horrible. first thing i noticed is the color difference. the toe box, tongue, liner, and laces are more raspberry than gym red. second, the laces are cut. its like someone just decided to snip an inch of the lace off. didnt even bother taking a pic with better lighting, but here is one.

i talked to 2 reps about the issue and they said i can either wait for a remake or return it...wonderful customer service
