Guess cuz most lotto gamblers (not saying players since this is pure gamble w 0% of winning) are low income, small town, and hoping to reset life with a ticket. Dont ask me to define “most” but a good amount of them are in this demographic. Not always true since the $2.8M 5-number winner from Cali is from Chino Hills (lonzo ball), and Edwin Castro won his ticket in a very affluent town in SoCal.
