Not sure but a lot of places require you to get a cashiers check and doesn’t accept cash. My building doesn’t accept it.What issues would I run into with the IRS if I paid for a condo lease in full, in cash? It's legit, clean money. Taxes paid always. I Just dont want any surprises (door kicked in)

that's the pointI hate ice breakers so much. They’re always awkward
Start hanging out with old people. They can turn, “Hey how you doing?” into a conversation every time.I hate ice breakers so much. They’re always awkward
Seriously, it’s sad how social has killed social skills to the point people try to avoid small talk. I blame social media because if you don’t give people a predetermined talking point, they don’t know what to say. People just want to be magically dropped in the middle of a conversation. Everyone wants to give opinions, but no one wants to ask for opinions.Près de Paris et toi ?I was meaning to ask you.
T’es d’où en France ?
True, so every time we meet someone too sympathetic with conversation we become suspicious, like why is he too nice, did I miss something ? Always weird when people who don't know you yet are already too sympathetic or the opposite, please wait lolStart hanging out with old people.
