the thread about nothing...

My sunday :

Felt lazy as I ate late, still no energy after this as I ate a lot.
So I finally took a dark coffee bowl, put my place in order (just a little bit), bought Halo Master Chief Collection for 20 euros instead of 40 (40 was already cheap if you consider the number of games + the fact it was remastered, but I knew one day it would be cheaper so I just waited), and listened to 2 albums that always help me to do my stuff.
Satisfied, as I had an old furniture and found my boxes fitted perfectly in.
Now I just need to get the optical fiber, keep working on my place and in a few months I hope it would look in order.
I have no girlfriend at this moment, but clearly I couldn't bring a woman home right now, terrible mess, I'm still the teenager I used to be in some ways : s
I'm admirative of anyone who fixes stuff by himself.
That's the next step, I'm not ready for it right now, maybe one day, I hope so.
The day you could repair things, you're good.
Also spent time looking stuff online, and realized instead of buying another pair I might get into having an elegant coat prince of Wales pattern.

What about yours ?

Had to go to Walmart just now and it reassured me why I never go there. Was like 4 of us waiting for someone in the electronics dept. Waited for 15 min until finally these 2 knuckle heads come out from the back. Sporting their Dodger gear, pretty sure they were in the back watching the game. The dude who ended helping me had this attitude like we were bothering him. Trash *** employees.
Damn. And I feel bad for any coworkers they may have who actually WANT to do their job.

Nothing worse than taking pride in your work and getting paired up with someone who couldn’t care less.

I used to be a huge Simpsons fan, stopped watching around 05. They should've stopped around season 15. 20 tops. Seeing that they are now in season 30 something is overkill. It fell off years ago.

I used to feel like this, but circle back, later seasons have their moments, but still not close to the golden era of Simpsons

Maybe the feeling some of you have about The Simpsons is also due to competition, at the time we hadn't a lot of choice to watch, and The Simpsons quality made the difference, while nowadays there amount of shows, so an old one, and if it losed of its scoop, has no chance. This, and the fact so many seasons and no characters aging doesn't help either. They could have taken this risk of making characters aging, it would have changed intrigues and determines an end one day...Like with real actors.

I just now saw the Batman trailer. Not a good sign when I started giggling at parts of it. That batmobile looks like a parts car but maybe in less darker lighting it’s better. Oh and this....

reminded me of...

Lol that new batmobile reminded me of the Fast 7 version of Dom's Charger with the beefed up armored & offroad theme. For a batmobile it has that late 60s early 70s muscle car box shape, I thought they'd go for something more angular & flowing curvy lines. Didn't look batmobile-ish minus the fins in the rear. Even the rear windshield is reminiscent of the late 60s Charger models. I love that era of cars, it don't get no better than classic American Muscle but they could've given this batmobile a tad bit more of sexy.

That’s exactly the car that came to mind! Lol. Looks like a pieced together muscle car. Looks like they didn’t try  :smh:
