this car crash is very sad

Still no info on why? Possibly medical issue?? Fell asleep? Passed out?

Don't see how the driver survived. She definitely deserves multi manslaughter charges.

There's a vid out there. Won't post it here.

It's not uncommon for drunk drivers to survive insane accidents like this.

If you know you're about to get into an accident, the best thing you can do is try to be as relaxed as possible.

Drunk drivers are already in this state, there's no tension in their body @ impact, so the car absorbs a large % of the impact as opposed to their body absorbing it.

Did it ever specify if it was an SUV or a sedan she was driving? It just said a Benz. Im thinking it was an SUV vs a smaller car the family was driving.

Edit: nvm looked back at the vid and def a sedan, actually looks like a coupe.

So if she survived and the family of 4 died, wonder who the 5th victim is. Shame man smh.

It was a little 2 door Benz, looked like an older C class, but kind of hard to tell because it's obliterated.
looked like a newer e class coupe and you can tell from the aftermath her car's cabin was pretty safe

on the other hand the car she tboned looked like an older body altima like mid 2000s which looks as if it was hit smack dab in the middle on the side and judging from the damage to the roof of the car it looks like the benz physically made it at least half way into the other car.

This is whats so scary about a tbone, the impact has no where to go but through the car, where as if she rear ended a moving car it would have been far less of total force.

to make matters worse the car burst into flames smfh

some reports saying anne heche ran into a corner of a garage before speeding away and crashing

She crashed into a house. Both the car and the house caught on fire. Wonder how much damage to the house.

you have got to be kidding me.

nobody else caught this?

have you ever heard of physics?

it's almost as if you're suggesting that most people who die in car accidents die because of a heart attack rather than the fact that they might have been physically crushed by a big object going a hundred miles per hour.
