Who's the service provider? They might black list the device after you report it and if you've already activated it on your number they will laugh at you

Unlike CDMA devices I don't think gsm can block imei since the SIM card is what activates, but I heard of tmobile adopting a imei black list where they won't let a device on that list be activated on their network so idk about that one.

when a company spends MILLIONS on research and development...when the rumored specs come out and theres an overwhelming outpour of "what...the...**** do u mean theres no replaceable battery? AND no sd card slot?" are u implying a company should say...nope, screw that, full steam ahead our product is good enough? no htc shouldnt say "Oh just put an SD card slot onto phones that have already been manufactured." htc SHOULDVE said "i think its pretty obvious we should fit an sd slot somewhere on here before we release this flagship phone thats supposed to compete with the iphone and galaxy s4." do u disagree? smh

I think it is ridiculous how android heads are so against the no SD card slots and no removable battery. The iPhone has been that way from day one fam, it really isn't that big of a deal. People just like to find something to complain about. The phone imo is going to be good as is. Then again I went from a 16gb iPhone to a 16gb Nexus 4 right now, so it isn't anything new to me.

Lol thing is dudes here want to put their entire music collection and HD movie collections in their phones. I guess nothing is wrong with that because the devices are capable but i still believe in dedicated devices I have an MP3 player tablet, smart phone, laptop, and a google tv so I don't care to bog down one device with everything.

Ever since I deleted my memory card accidentally, I been streaming music from Google play only, no complaints so far.

16gb sd card and the 16 gb internal memory and I'm good

I am limited to 3GB of data a month, so it's just way more practical to try to horde everything onto an SD card than to do this and have my data be eaten away every time I want to hear a song.

And yes, I am aware of the make available offline feature.

Naaa....Karma is a *****. Imma just keep it this time, lol

I agree about the battery...

But sdcards matter to a lot of people...
Exactly........They are pushing people to use cloud storage when the big carriers have data limits. Its whack as hell.

If they are gonna do internal memory, then EVERY phone they release should be 64GB or 32GB with only like a $50 difference. (although im sure it costs them the same damn amount to produce a 64gb and 32gb memory card)

with everybody getting the same phones usually now, it could be another reason to pick one carrier over another. theres 4g everywhere here with att where I live but 4g with tmobile its pretty spotty so if I only had the option of streaming music I'd buy my phone with att over tmobile for example.

Just started force roaming my Sprint G-Nex , feels good getting 3G speeds faster than Sprint's "LTE" and also knowing that i'll be out of this dreaded contract soon

Have GS3 LTE for T-Mobile already dropped? Or will that be happening soon. I want to move from my classic plan to the no-contract one and get a S3, but don't want to get the non-LTE when I know it'll be here soon.

All the GS3's are LTE capable, there isn't gong to be a specific LTE GS3 releasing, they will just release and update to activate the LTE on the phone like they did with the Note 2.

Ook, I misread something then. Thanx.

this is wrong....tmobile doesnt have LTE for the s3

they are releasing a new version of the s3 with lte soon

it was the note 2 that had both hspa+ and LTE radios that was recently activated with an update

LOL ATT prob paid a little more for it. In all Honestly the game would be so much better if we bought the devices straight from Manufacturer and got to pick which Network to use it on on our own so then Carriers would feel the heat and not use phone exclusives to make up for their crappy networks (see ATT) and when it came to servicing devices you had actual people who know the devices helping you. But the fact of the matter is consumers dont realize what they are using when it comes to smartphones and got so spoiled with the Mid 2000s that they equate Phone Upgrade = Free PHone. So many ignorant people walk into cell phone stores like "im here for my free upgrade" when their 2 year contract is up.

I swear only people that complain about sd card and removable battery are cats in the Internet

I never liked how there was a lag in my phone reading the memory card whenever I started it up and disconnected it from the computer. There's also the possibility of your phone not being able to read the memory card anymore. I'm good with internal memory.

I have changed my mind on how useful removable batteries are. Batteries in all electronic devices are crap. They seem to degrade really fast and being able to replace it with a fresh one would be nice.

Exclusive deals suck but I can see why HTC did this. ATT will push the phone harder than Verizon or Sprint which may lead to more HTC One sales.

I used to only get HTC phones but the lack of updates on their devices got annoying.
