Its a scam homie.. Save your cell minutes and dont bother calling.. and they wont tell you over the phone either who the employees are.. Man just google different key words and scams and it will tell you rite their..

I hope you didn't go through with it, but it happens a lot in Canada.

Basically they just take the shipment money (4Gs in your case).
 
Easiest sign that it was a scam, he wrote that monster essay.

The hell does all that background info at Unicef matter, it's just telling you a big story so you don't think about being ripped off.

  Dudes aint gon spend time tryna sell something when they got a lot of other ppl interested. Offered too much info from the jump along w/ apologies and personal info about him/her restin and all that crap
