i think a new coach and new system would be the most realistic change right now
when I watch them play they are great on the break but their half court game is stagnant/horrible

they also have the pieces to be better on defense

i've been watching this team for two season now and honestly this team plays very well when its a fast tempo game. they need a big man that can run becausejosh smith/marvin williams cannot rotate and guard every teams bigman. this team is very young so it will take time to establish themselves but i was hopingthey would sign someone like drew gooden or trade for a better postup presence.
