I agree with that. In my opinion Bush wasn't even a Conservative. I feel as if a lot of people who call themselves conservatives don'teven really know what it means.
I'm cool with a lot of conservative ideals, but these Neo-Cons? They've pretty much messed it up for the true conservatives. Or maybe they'vedone the conservative party a favor, because it now has to reexamine its whole identity.

I've been following the hannity forums and stormfront all day.
Great entertainment. People literally typing prayers for obama's prayer, saying Obama should re-do the oath properly in it's entirety otherwise hissovereignty is void, people claiming the Dow plunged below 8,000 as a result of Obama. The list of nonsense goes on.
I can't even post what I read on the storefront forums. Go there to the newslinks forums and see for yourself.
Hannity's forums have a lot of legit intelligent conservative posters who offer insightful post. But the site is also full of idiots who utter all kinds ofliberal and democrat bashing nonsense with no substance to back their arguments. Basically, the same can be said for any message board. No people here don't hate all conservatives. They hate the neo-con chrsitain extremists conservatives like Bill O'Reilly and the people on this forum.

For someone who gets persecuted for his non-conventional views I can sympathize with you. I don't have a problem withconservatives but I do have a problem with racists, religious extremists and hypocrites under the guise of conservatism. Not every republican is likethis.
