I ordered a Pizza... total came out to 14.00 then they said there was a $2.00 delivery charge (not including tip)

Im thinking what the hell is a delivery charge?? Isn't that what Im tipping for?? Needless to say, I didn't tip

Am I wrong for this??

I believe the delivery charge is just a way to guarantee the driver gets something for delivering in case the customer doesn't tip, not 100% though

i dont normally get pizza delivered to my house, but i have been the past month because ive been extremely busy, anyways how much do you guys usually tip pizza delivery guys?
