Your Next Vacation Destination.....?

maybe you just went to the wrong places? the pizza i had there was life changing

the place i found was random too, it was some back alley and you had to down to the cellars where the seatings arrangements were
I been going to Rome for years, absolutely trash food.

Cool beans if you found an awesome place and that's not to say every establishment is trash, but 7 out of 10 spots in the tourist areas are trash.

Vices venturing outside of Rome where 7 out 10 spots are great.

one of my boys who lives in aviano is gonna stay with us in Rome with his kids, should be a good time.

I enjoyed the tourist parts of Rome as well as the dive spots where you can just get wine and cheese and what not but yeah, their pizza and pastas are very meh. Just shows how in America that we mastered their dishes and can even do them better. Also Rome was sort of dirty in certain parts. Not like anything I haven't seen here in the US but compared to say parts of Paris, Rome can look pretty ghetto.

Anyone been to sardinia? I got a fam timeshare reserved for june. Never been. Kinda wanna know what to expect

The pizza is Rome was absolutely awful. Had good pasta at Roscioli though

Outside of the US, Spain has had the best pizza I’ve ever had.

Going to Singapore in a couple of weeks for work. I’m staying a couple of days extra for myself any recommendations?

After the first time doing Rome Paris and London in 10 days, I have never gone back to Europe and pack more than 1 city at a time.

I rather enjoy where I'm at and take everything in.

BTW, Rome food is the absolute worst.

Im still here in Iceland, and I have to say the food here just isn’t hitting.

I don’t think it’s trash, I just think it’s our palate...

So far the pastry (especially the cinnamon rolls), pizza, seafood (including sushi), fish and chips, hotdogs, and lamb are the only thing I enjoyed.

The Icecream is amazing.

You can just drink tap water...the best I’ve ever tasted even in a bottle.

Their burgers and beef just taste funny to me

Here they love chips (French fries). I had it with the sweet chilli ketchup!

Some flicks. Mostly south Iceland and some of West Iceland. I did a 6 hour hike in the Glaicers mountain (400m above peak altitude). Also, Ice Climb. Saw the Northern Lights the first day here. Of course the touristy, Blue Lagoon. (Big hype)

I’ve experienced every weather condition possible. Snow, Sleet Storm, Hail Storm, Rain, Dry, Wind Storm (Driving through it on the edge of the mountain with no rail guard).

The weather changed just in walking distance  I walked in 40 mph winds on the peninsula cliff  Talk about a rush!

Temps are about 30 to 46 degrees right now. It’s transitioning from winter to spring.

This has to be one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Just to imagine, they didn’t have roads to these places until the 80’s. The 70’s they were traveling by horses. The city had roads.

The people were extra friendly. It’s very expensive here. (Not as much as Switzerland)

Just a few shots. Took too many pictures

Go on brotha...

Water was dope everywhere. Tons of beaches from huge and popular, to tiny and secluded and needing a hike to get to etc. Lot of talent on the beaches, even some nudists. Reefs to snorkel at almost every beach.

Road to Hana was dope, pure green jungle that meets the coastline. It got dark before we hit the last hour or so, wish we could have started earlier.

Whales everywhere. Saw them from our balcony evrry single day. Went on a raft tour to get up close which was also very cool, like 20ft away from a 90k lbs whale that is 60ft long

Food was dope. Ono, snapper, mahi, ahi, everything. Last day I ate 1lbs of fresh ahi poke because I accidentally asked for way too much. Paia Fish Market, The Fish Market (where I got the poke, in Honokawai area), Da Fish Shack foodtruck in Hana, Miso Phat sushi. Most of the fish wasn't even that expensive besides the sushi and Duke's (a chain but we were exhausted and needed something asap. Food was very good but too expensive for what it was).

I can post some pics later. What hosting site do you all use? Every time I use imgur it ****s up

Iceland pics look dope bra!

I think there was another NTer or maybe former who went to Iceland and posted a bunch of pics. I forget his name at the moment
