Half size down from your TTS. Just your regular PK NMD size. It feels like a regular PK NMD without the PK collar. Sturdier all around and reinforced toe box.

I'd go with the 3.0 the knit is more comfortable personally. And the outsole is more durable.

You can half size down and be fine, just a snug fit, will be better over time, or go true to size for a more comfortable fit out of the box.

Primeknit NMDs rule of thumb usually half size down. Basically due to there being no insole. I would say you could go TTS on the R2 Bc of the tighter knit, I stayed half size down on the R2 and it's perfect, but I like a little space personally so I could have gone with TTS.
