I was arrested for a misdemeanor assault, but the charges were dropped. Other than that I have no record. Will still be able to get retail jobs? Any Nt'erwith similar situation care to share how you did or didn't get hired because of it? Yeah but won't the arrest show on a background check?

i know that i can put no on the part of the application where it says " have you ever been convicted of ...", however after theinterview they usually do background checks, and i was wondering if an arrest will show up and that i have a pending case.
