This sighting radar gets frustrating when you have a Mon you really want supposedly closest but the pidgey at the bottom of the list pops up to capture

Awful. Their HP is super high, but their defence is weak. If they die, you need to spend 3 times the potion as the average pokemon.

Not sure how you guys are getting so many 10km eggs...might just be me though, I swear I have the worst luck with them:
Only one 10 km that was an Eevee
Best 5km egg was probably a Cubone, next best probably a Grimer
Got one starter from an egg ever, still can't evolve it

i dont like that there isnt split defenses in this game. chansey is supposed to be an amazing special def tank

Or split attack. It's also very disappointing that it's not turn-based, and that you only get two, randomly-chosen moves per Pokemon. I guess this game is overly simplified because the target audience for mobile games is very casual. I also prefer the old system of grinding a mon up through battling wild Pokemon rather than having to catch lots of the same ones in order to evolve/level it up...
Anyway, enough with the complaining. I was on my way to work this morning and felt a buzz. I looked down and there was a Gloom and Exeggcute beside the road, almost on top of each other. I just mashed my finger in that general direction and managed to tap the Exeggcute... turns out it was 4xx CP, which I was pretty excited about because they're usually 1xx-3xx around here. So my housing subdivision has because a spawning point for Bulbasaur and Eevee. Caught 8 Bulbasaur in the past two days. Should have a Venosaur by Monday if this keeps up.
