Ralph Lauren struggling?

Denim & supply is hit or Miss MOSTLY miss, but the pieces i have copped from them are extremely dope & things i will have in a rotation for a minute, but for the most part they should have NEVER gave away rugby. I'll say they do have some nice jeans from time to time also.

Is anyone buying the new polo sport stuff? I liked rlx better even though it was way too expensive for me.

Never tried their jeans.

All their other clothes look like garbage to me tho. Especially their button-ups, might as well hit up Old Navy

When I graduated HS in '99 and got my first job, practically dropped my first 2 paychecks at Robinsons-May on Polo Sport gear. Quality, look, fit was :nthat:

Ralph's been doing it since 1967,the brand will be around long after all of us are gone.

I don't really see anyone wearing RL outside of the crowd that still wears polos with visible white tees underneath along with Jordans. Basically dudes stuck in 2006

Nahh. It's like for sport activities now. I was hype when I heard it was coming back but it's meh

The older lo sport was a he'll of a lot better imo. But like someone else said, they needa release Polo sporting goods again. I need that dam trench coat!

Vintageforlo on ig has em but it's 5 bills and im not dropping that much for it

Only dudes that jump on whatever new wave there is feel this way. RL is literally the most popular mens sporting wear in the country. Timeless. Every man in my department wears Polo practically everyday.

Maybe they should stop producing thousands and thousands of products and cut back.

the worst are those cats that wear those hideous marshalls Polo boots and think they're "doing it". I'm talmbout all lo boots.

Those ugly ranger boots used to be really popular just a few years ago. Last time I was in marshalls I saw 2-3 colors of those boots.

they actually also make very high quality expensive boots. some made in england.
harder to find.

i actually like the rangers, i bought a pair, but i returned them because the quality wasn't so good, but i like the look of them.

all the other mass produced boots, the ones you see at finish line or journeys, i don't really care for.

That's because you aren't aware of anything that RL makes outside of the polo shirts, and shirts with the horse logo. The RL that you "see" is just a very small part of all of the clothing that RL puts out every year. You would be surprised if somebody showed you the tags on their RL clothing that has no visible logos to find that it is RL and you looked right past it.

Are you taking Polo boots, or Ralph Lauren boots?

A lot of their unbranded or subtly branded clothes are the best. I actually love denim and supply because it's always on sale and make great casual work shirts. I'm 32 years old so I don't much care for in style fashion. Been alive long enough to see repeat trends (ripped jeans etc) so there's no point in even keeping up.
