IMO Tim fell off hard, i can't stand the guy or his music anymore i miss the good old days when he'd hook jigga up with beats like "jiggawhut" and "hola hovito" among many others...

I feel what you saying but as far as producing goes it takes more talent to produce a hot beat from scratch then to rely on a sample to spark an idea. Andyes I know Timbo samples too but he doesnt fully rely on it
I mean R&B artist dont still Doo Wop but I understand sampling is a major part in hip hop

Tweek said it best. Beats are beats. Doesn't take much to know what a hot beat is. Let me know when Quik can layer a beat. Or even come up with a half ***complex one. Son's music stays boxed in.

What I came to say has allready been said, Timbo and the Nepts are in a league of their own. If anything, that God crown must be shared, but timbo does have aridiculous track record.

IMO Dr. Dre, Primo, Marley Marl, and RZA are the best Rap producers of all-time. Quincy Jones is the God Of Beats.
Timbo, The Neptunes, and Bryan Michael-Cox are some of the best R & B/ Pop producers.

Timbaland is good but A) That beat is crazy old. It's off of Brandy's 'Afrodisiac' which came out in 2004. That was well before Danja starteddoing heavy work for Timbo. Nelly Furtado and on is pretty much Danja.
and yes The Neptunes are up there with Timbaland. So is Organized Noize Productions. Probably better than all the producers you all listed. Crazy arrangement,instrumentation.
Justin Timberlake's 2nd CD was crazy, but nobody would care about his 2nd CD if it weren't for "Like I Love You", "Senorita", and"Rock Your Body."
