When he makes something as versitile as "Young Fresh and New" , "Hella Good", and "In Search of Of" let me know...
These Dudes were revolutionizing pop music in 2001 when Tim was still scared it was going to ruin his credibility..
Tim wants so bad to be different and "weird" when in reality he just makes crack beats but theres a reason these dudes are named "TheNeptunes"

But your argument has no credibility if you're talking about Heatmakerz, Mannie Fresh, Quik, and Havoc. These are good producers, but they do not belong inthis conversation. They are nowhere near elite.

I cant really say who is the best producer out there because i like alot of producers and they are all different.
One thing that i do know is that Timbaland seriously WENT CRAZY on Brandys last album!!

Your crazy if you don't think DJ Quik doesn't belong up there, he's been doing it since 1991. That dude is a musician, go back and check hisalbums and tell me dude doesn't have heat.
The thing with Timbaland is he can't hold down a album, name me a entire album he produced that was a classic

I get what your saying Time, but I look at pop as anything popular. I mean "Slim Shady" was a pop record just like "Genie In ABottle" was. Two different genres that fell into the same category because of their popularity.
