In the case of face masks, "black" is beneficial. The components that make up mud or clay masks consist of ingredients that are naturally dark in color which is why the mask is that way. These ingredients provide benefits to the skin that are not found in masks that are in lighter colors

Yeah a lot of them are actually from the suburbs which probably has something to do with it.
