I love your optimism bro, repped.
For those wondering, it was honestly a slope downhill.
1st semester - 4.0 GPA
2nd semester - 3.0 GPA
3rd semester- 2.0 GPA
4th semester- 0.0 GPA
5th and 6th semester - took soccer class and joined some Latin Student Union (One of the best times of my life)
7th and 8th semester- Failed statistics twice
9th and 10th semester - finally passed statistics lol

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COMMUNITY COLLEGE. Professors half butted their lectures, most peers are there just to collect financial aid, classes were ridiculously packed, councillors gave the worst advice ever. It felt like a jail at times, they were just looking for reasons to keep you in there.

Honestly losing a cell phone was my worst L.

Every investment I've made I've made my money back at least.
 
some kid broke into my whip and stole an ipod and my backpack.

with about $500 worth of school books in it, 2nd week of the semester

Probably the biggest L, :smh:, **** is sorted out now. Still :smh:

Other than that, got the iPhone 5s when it dropped and lost it (fell out of my pocket during lunch) a couple of weeks back. Had to use an upgrade on another line, still cost me $250 :smh:

Got zamn! More than double of what I've lost. I was honestly depressed for a while. Being that I'm 24 and I work pretty hard for my money. End of the day all you can do is just bounce back.

As far as outright losing money, titlemax had me feeling like a straight up sucker. I had to go twice and I really needed the money each time. The first one took me about 7 months to pay off and the next one took about a year. I probably paid about 2g's total in interest. A title loan is ONLY ok if you know you have a lump sum of money coming in soon. If you live check to check, like I was, DO NOT do it to yourself.
 
I forgot about when I got in a wreck in 06. It was my fault, but luckily the car I hit was older and there was absolutely no damage. My little aluminum 05 civic door was all crumpled up. 500 dollar deductible and like 3 days w/o my car. I dropped that money like diddy when my car was ready. insurance is such a ripoff imo.

I was sick when I lost like 90 bucks at the casino :smh:
 
Super Bowl Sunday my sophormore year of college. I left out around 12 pm to get some stuff for a SB party around 1 pm. Old roommate left the door unlocked, I get back to the room around 1 am.

He was knocked out so I didn't want to turn the light on. I change and KO. Wake up the next morning, shower, start putting clothes on and realize all of my shoes are gone. Got me for 8 pairs man :smh: foams, jays all gone

The money was never in his account.

All he got was a fake PayPal email saying that the money was sent and he didn't check his Paypal account before shipping the shoes out.


Being greedy or cheap will usually get you scammed.

Yeah...it was money i had made gambling. Leant it to a "friend" who was in a jam...he ended up doing illegal activities to try and pay it off...he got pinched, i just took the hit.
 
30K is unfathomable to me

Most i lost gambling was 1K

Another trip i lost my wallet the first night and it had close to 7 bills in it

I got lasik this summer tho, and was invited to give the job another shot next year
