It kinda depends on what caliber and what use/purpose you're looking for, but here's my opinion: Aero is prob the best bang for your buck if you wanna build it yourself. BCM is prob the most reasonably priced of the "elite" brands. Budget gun thats great right out of the box - IWI Zion 12.5"...

I've never shot any 10mm, so prob can't help much. But I do have a .45 XDM and I like it a lot. I've only put maybe 100 rounds thru it but it ran flawlessly. Ergos, sights, and trigger are better than a Glock 20 or 21 IMO.
