For what you plan on using the camera for mostly street stills and a little bit of video, the A7II should work. Gives you the benefit of full frame in a smaller package, great for street photography. Could be dust in the focusing screen or inside the viewfinder. I have that in one of my DSLRs and since it does not show up in pictures, I just ignore it. Let us know the cost to get it removed if you decide to send it in.

I would skip the 24-70/4 from what I read, the 28-70/3.5-5.6 is a not a bad lens especially for the used price. Check out the Sony 28/2, Zony 55/1.8, Sony 85/1.8, you should be able to get a all 3 lenses for under $1600 used. What lenses are you selling?
