He's been out on bail for awhile .. I don't understand why this is news all of a sudden other than the fact other similar stories are out. But from what I gather. He has witnesses saying the girl in question was pretty much coherent .. Plus there seems to be no physical evidence.

Eh, I disagree .. I know a lot of people switching over from Canon and Nikon DSLR's to mirrorless .. And it's happening a lot faster than people think. Granted those 2 are the juggernauts of the industry .. But people are tired of caring bulky frames and are looking for compacts solutions...
