Yeah, friend of mine was offered a baseball scholly there, got like a 1,400 on his SAT's but had a 2.9 and they didnt allow him admission. Ended up going to Harvard, go figure

About to say the same thing... Armstead looks the part of an NFL LT... I would imagine it is also the only school that could justify him not playing OT because of their system.... Huge pickup for them.

IMO Armstead is a 5* Tackle low 4* D End....his motor on the defensive end isnt all that impressive.

I honestly think Armstead will be a poor mans Carlos Dunlap if he stays with DE.... Reminds me a lot of Robert Rose from Ohio $tate.

He also wasn't visiting College Station this weekend. I think he ultimately ends up sticking with Texas, but it's kind of hard to take his word for anything at this point. It'll be interesting to see if anything happens on NSD.

Class would have been ranked between 20-30. It was pretty bad. They would have lost Dunn to Michigan and don't sniff any of the commits that Urban has gotten (except Washington). Now it'll finish top 3.
