Dude is nice...Totally shutting down your man is elite, You dont really need ints if your defense can depend on you to shut down your man.Originally Posted by AG 47

Don't get me wrong, Zant is good, but he's not on Nnamdi's level.
That playmaker %%$$ gets nullified when he's getting killed by the opposing team's #1 (see. Roddy White, Larry Fitzgerald)

Um yea you do if your offense is terrible.
His is great at what he does but until he shows some playmaking ability he is a one trick pony. And he needs to show it more so because of the team he is on.

Well, dude is the best man press CB in the nfl. Nate Clements and Asante Samuel got paid, neither have his coverage skills.

Its it really that over your head? Gunna and Dre already layed it out and its a very legit argument I think. Teams that in the turnover margin win championships not teams with corners who shut down half the field what part of that is hard to understand?
That there are multiple things to being a good corner back beside how good you are in man to man coverage?Originally Posted by DOWNTOWN43

what are you even saying?
...If they had other decent players that could key on the other half of the %@!$%%% field they would create TO's genius. He makes the game 10x easier for the other 10 players on his defense.
So what? That doesnt mean he cannot improve his ability to create turnovers. All your saying is "he is a good man to man corner"everyone agrees with that. So that mean he has nothing he can improve on? Thanks for stating the obvious.

^^ And Asante doesn't benefit from the Eagles scheme? *@+? The Eagles had what, the #2 defense last year? Jim Johnson constantly puts pressure even when upby 3 TDs. Asante is allowed to take all his bum @$% risks because of all the pressure the Eagles generate. Try that +@+% on a team like Denver
P.S. How did Asante do against Fitzgerald in the NFC Championship![]()

you're right, there are more things to being a good CB than how good you are in man-to-man coverage.Originally Posted by theone2401

How does someone create TO's when NOBODY THROWS THE $*#$+!% BALL TO HIS SIDE OF THE FIELD! How many balls were thrown to him this season...15-20?
Did you read the post? Good corners bait QB's into throwing to them. Champ Bailey and Deion are masters of this. They TRY TO CREATE turnovers. It is a skill.
