About Hispanic Origin
The U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requires federal agencies to use a minimum of two ethnicities in collecting and reporting data: Hispanic or Latino and Not Hispanic or Latino. OMB defines "Hispanic or Latino" as a person of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, South or Central American, or other Spanish culture or origin regardless of race.

see you on da otherside lol.
The only thing this does is clarify that is you can be Hispanic and/or Latino regardless of your race, which is exactly what everyone has been saying you’re the only one here claiming that benign Hispanic/latino prevents you from being black. Like ive said multiple times, you’re black because your pigment comes from African lineage. Being apart of the “Hispanic diaspora” doesn’t change that checking a box isn’t going to change that either. No ones ancestry changes depending on how the government wants to allocate funds to your community.
