There were PE pairs made for MJ, but no one else that I know of.

In the NFL, several players had PEs.

In the NBA, a few players wore them before, but I don't think in a PE capacity, like Ray Allen wore the Olympic 6's in the 2000 olympics, but theylooked like the public release version
