take it to a tailor. like the first guy said, ask for original hem. tell em what length inseam you want (or in your case just ask for an inch and a half off). done.

That means they dont cut it right?

I actually wanted it cut because I fold the cuff when i wear them, and it bunches up with an extra layer of denim.
