Depending on your server/browser, you get the sizing pull down or the "outta stock" box. I have one opened up in G Chrome and the other one withFirefox and they both show different boxes. Unfortunately neither one of them boxes has a Net/Net yeezy pair in queue neither!

I doubt the "reps" have anything to do with the delay. Reps service B2B accounts and rarely have any say on IT matters (such as this one). This delayis either 1.) strategy on behalf of upper management or 2.) an IT issue (whether deliberate or incidental).
