They soft too.

Waking up to shots ain't nothing in the BX.
From what I've heard from Queens dudes, Rockaway is damn near a replica of South BX. Isn't that where those crips were going to snipe the police?

And nah, BX is getting better, especially with "operation put a cop on every corner so white people can safely move in". 138th already getting soft and that's where Mott Haven is.

Ima be in Jamaica today showing love to the hood.

Lot of you dudes frontin on me like I won't go past Astoria.

I heard more shots where I used to live in south side Jamaica then I heard when I was out in the BX and I was out by Jerome ave. I wouldn't know though, I wasn't out like that in the BX though.

Rockaway is mad ratchet, females be out there sounding like a ratchet nicki. I don't set foot out there, I pass through there only by car. I ain't street dude, not gonna front.

Jerome is West Bronx. I know my ****** on Burnside (Google Burnside Money Getters) was running a big area but all of those idiots got locked up, and I mean damn near all of them. They were selling to feds since '07 SMH. Became cool with 'em when I worked at Sin City, and I got to BCC so I used to see them heading to the train. Told me if I have a problem on the block let them know, it was theirs. Thought they were kidding until the bust
roll.gif

But West Bronx is basically 90% dominican and the rest are Africans, some blacks and PR's. Nothing really happens over there that I know of. Never seen anything. South Bronx is where it gets crazy.

Yea, my boy told me Rockaway is like South Bronx lol.

Astoria project on top of the hill, wood side Ps, far rock, corona queens in martense and southside backstreets AND some parts of Jackson heights all get it in trust me I grew up in queens. Not the hardest boro but defiantly not the softest

I agree with the notion that Staten Island should be revoked of their NYC status.

Their only redeeming quality is the Wu.

Your boys right rockaway is filthy and they got ninjas jumping out the woodworks to get you.

LOL heights can be just as bad, but yea, most of the BX is dirty. Not the North BX though. Where middle class/upper middle class Whites stay. But in most parts got debris all over and everything, but as far as rats and what not, Manhattan has it just as bad if not worse. Bronx been through a lot man, lol. Depends where you at though cause I've lived in nice, cleans areas in BX, in the hood.

So glad my part of the Bx isn't dirty, but I can attest that other areas are filth buckets.

And Harlem smells like **** taking a ****.

pelham, country club riverdale hell even throggs neck , shore haven and the parts of soundview by the water are all nice.

Many people dont even consider riverdale the bronx

Historically speaking the construction of the cross bronx expressway really did a number on the borough

All so the "favorable" middle class could get to manhattan from the outer regions without feeling some type of way

Yea, you basically said it all, and yea, I was going to quote Soundview too, just didn't feel like it lol. I lived in a nice part, on Boynton Ave. Co Op City is really nice, too. You just might get hit with the hammer lol

Funny, I was born in North BX but never went there until my boy told me to come to his crib. He said he lived around White people. I was like "White people? BX? yea right" and he lives on Middletown Rd on the 6. He wasn't lying lmao I saw mad White people, it was like a whole new world. I'm talking families with children and small dogs. But yea. Usually all of my life I've always lived in the "good" part of the hood. The part that's 2-3 blocks away from ratchet city. Weird, but grateful lol

Well, gotta cater to the middle class, right! Forget us poor people haha

Funny that you mention middletown. I went to Lehman Highschool its in between westchester square and middletown. one could get off at any stop.

But yea there is a good amount of white people in the BX. I went to school with a bunch of albanians and a few italians and greeks.

The people in the north BX are just the remnants of the "white flight phenomena" that didnt make it all the way out to westchester county and beyond

Yea, I know where it's at, sometimes I take the 40/42 to West Square to take the 6 train home when I'm coming late from Powerhouse. I hate West Sq. every since my car got towed and the Marshal I had to pay was on the block next to the White Castle

Yea, in certain parts, though. I know by E 233rd, but all the way down the block by the metro north woodlawn stop is a primarily greek area or whatever they are, cause my girl has a friend who lives there.

True, never thought of it that way. Well, they're doing just fine in their million dollar mansions in Riverdale. Living the life lol.

For all the outta towners who are reading this thread thinking NYC and the surrounding Burroughs are like war zones please don't believe the hype.

NYC has crime just like every other major city but probably less then a Philly, Miami, Chicago, New Orleans, and some others.

Oh yeah....

Mount Vernon >>>> NYC :smokin

Oh look it's this thread again. People really arguing about which part of the city is crappier and run down with crime and disease.

Don't let them sidetrack you fam.
This thread has always been about how soft queens is.

You know deep down in your heart that you don't believe this.

In terms of way of life and surroundings, I think most true New Yorkers would prefer Westchester County more then NYC. Unless you can afford a 3.5 million dollar penthouse midtown or downtown.
