Really like Malcom's Killer Hogs hot rub. Used it some on drumsticks in the smoker

Grilled these on the stove last night, tried a new rub that I saw at Lowes. Right side are coffee rub left side are cowboy rub.

I wasn't as happy with the grill marks on the cowboy rub, should have turned the heat back up.

Asparagus, shredded mozzarella and parm, olive oil. Wrap it in foil and throw on the grill for 10 to 15 min

Grilled chicken fajitas and Spanish rice tonight. Grilled up some breast tenderloins seasoned with Fajita seasoning and lime juice then shredded and simmered with red and green bell peppers with olive oil and fajita seasoning and lime juice. Delicious

Smoked pork ribs. No boil. I’m not against it but also never done that.

Im headed down to the beach for the weekend so wont be doing much besides eating out, quick grill stuff, and will do a lobster and steak night on sunday.
