Once the 60 days are up, I'll post a picture i took today & after 60 days...Can't wait!
how can you be out of shape and do 58 power jumps? I don't think even the asian girl in the test reaches those numbers

I almost felt like throwing up and my legs were shaking near the end. My leg strength

Need to start this up again.  I think the perfect time would be Monday, I turn 26 that day.  The workouts plus the crazy humidity we've been having will definitely push my limits.  I need to fight through the urge to take long breaks between the exercises.

Difference between being overweight and out of shape. By saying I'm outta shape, I'm just saying I'm not in the shape I want. I just push myself in every workout.
