the shadow 6000 fit me tts but i also have the courageous x sneaker politics and those i went .5 down and still have plenty of room. was told by someone in this thread to go .5 down on the courageous and thank god i did as i would be swimming in a size 10.

i also have a narrow foot btw and really never have a issue with toe box being too narrow.
