Semi-correct: What did you do that for? (The preposition has an object, but is removed from it)
Correct: For what did you do that?
Split infinitives:
Incorrect: He would be wise to not go to the mall today.
Correct: He would be wise not to go to the mall today.
Incorrect: "I can help you to not fail at English grammar."
Correct: "I can help you not to fail at English grammar."
