Lived in NY almost all my life, and I can't stand, "NOT FOR NOTHING, YO, BUT...", hate it even more when chicks say it to me.

Once I hear it, I automatically turn off my brain and go to a happy place because any words that come after that phrase isn't worth me working my brain over'em.
