Magikarp...I had to use the Rare Candy cheat to evolve it into Gyarados at level 30.
And cosign on Kakuna and Metapod. Unless you caught a Caterpie that learns tackle or a Weedle that learns Poison Sting, Kakuna or Metapod is useless.
For the guy that said Dugtrio, it was like one of the fastest and one of the best Ground-type Pokemon in the game.
