I got my first tat last saturday at Fort Apache and I'm very pleased with the results. It was the first of many to come
I wanted to know if anybody could give me tips on cleaning my tat

Pics?

Its easy pretty much, wash it up with lukewarm water(pat dry) and apply a very thin layer of AD ointment for the first 3 days, then unscented lotion after.

+1 on the A&D ointment.

What are some nice tattoos that symbolize being strong/brave? I'm asking, because I'm planning on getting a short sleeve, on my right arm, dedicated to my Mom. I already have her name on my inner bicep, but it's nothing big. She's battling liver cancer and some other diseases, so this really means a lot to me.

Thanks.

Uhh, why?

In April of this year I got this one.
A filipino/polynesian style tattoo with the sun/3stars.
The script is Alibata with my mothers maiden name and my last name.

I suggest you don't go back to any of those "artists"
A&D ointment is supposed to be used within the 1st week or so (2 make sure it doesn't get infected or anything)
THEN you use the non-scented lotion after that...

If you ever do plan on sleeving it... that tat would be insane! Not that it isn't, but it has so much potential! Props.
