yeah ive seen that bread but never bought it, they always got it @ whole foods....im gonna start buying it. never knew it was healthy, i saw the religiousstuff on it and was like wth and never gave it a look.

A lot of idiots out there (whether you're one of them is up for debate) think see physiques like his and think they can go to the gym after school for afew months and look like that. The entire supplement industry misleads their customers by using models like the one posted to push their 'natural'products. I personally know a few people on gear and they look like crap because all they do is a few bicep curls and a couple of sets on the bench press.There's no doubt that the dude posted up last page has a wonderful physique, but to think it's natural is naive (and yes, there are people out therewith fantastic genetics who CAN look like that naturally, but they're 1 in a million).

And I never said taking steroids is cheating. If people have the time to research proper cycles and PCT treatment, they deserve to take them.

nah. far from it.

and what you just posted agreed with what i was saying. all i was saying was.....gear or not, he has a great build that took years to accomplish. i don'tlike when dudes immediately cry "steroids" (yes even when it's true), because most people don't understand the real effects of aas and theyin their eyes it completely discredits the user, like he took the 'easy road.' there's no "easy" road to get like that.

p.s. peep the natural bodybuilders......there's dudes bigger than that easy. it's definitely possible.

maybe i should have said thats my ultimate goal the best i can attain all natural......unless down the road my issues change for myself. or some sick newbodybulding advancements come out

^i think when a picture is too risque (or it just makes the mods feel inferior and out of shape) it's considered nudity. photobucket's done that to melol

man its time for me to get back in the gym.ill be there tomorrow. im hoping to get back to how i used to be (LOVED going to teh gym) but now i hate it. i justhave to force myself to go tmrw then ill prob eventually start to like it again

but how is this routine? i dont remember any of the other routines that i did before so i just made this one up, im just trying to do the basics with someother compound exercises and a few isolations

flat bench 3x8
dips 3x8
incline DB press 3x8
tricep pushdown 3x8
close grip bench press 3x8

back/bi
deadlift 3x5
barbell curl 3x8
seated row 3x8
seated incline hammer curl 3x8
lat pulldown 3x8

shoulders/traps
military/overhead press 3x8
DB shrugs 3x8
front/lateral raises 3x10
BB shrugs 3x8

legs
squat 3x8
hamstring curl machine thing 3x8
lunges 2x15
calf raise 2x15



this along with cardio.. im aiming to lose 500 cals/40 mins with cardio each time i go to the gym. IE 250cals/20 mins on the treadmill, 250cals/20 mins on theelliptical. i also do MMA but i havent been able to do it this summer so ill add that again once school starts

Good luck, man. Just curious...when you fight in different countries, who pays for the plane tickets? Where do you live at while in Thailand? And are there youngins' at your gym? I know some start training before they even hit 10 yrs old.


I did the low weight, more rep routine today. It was easy at first, but got pretty hard down the line. I noticed that after I was done, my arms felt tight...like when you just started lifting for the first time.

Not much change, if any, since the last pic I took of myself ~1 month ago. But I had to do it again to mark the 1 year anniversary of picking up this lifestyle.

I have always adhered to the 3x10.. but I want to try the 5-6 x failure thing, i'll probably drop the weights though.

Has anyone experienced EAS protein? Its cheap and I need cheap. ON Whey is hard to obtain over here.

whats your guys intake on doing the basics (bench, deadlift, squat) heavy? im planning on doing a 3x8 rep scheme but i was thinking of doing 3x5 on mybench/squat/dl
 
i never do 3x5, but i'll do like 3-5 reps on my heaviest set of squats and bench. usually i do 4 sets of flat bench, 5 of squat

so bench might be like 8,8,6,4 or something, squat will be like 8,6,5,5,3

i'm making those #s up since it al varies but the scheme is essentially the same. i pyramid up.....w/squats i like to throw in a 6th set of my warmupweight and do like 15 reps or so.

dl's are a diff story, i might have a set of 8 for my first warm up set but then it's sets of 5, working up to the heaviest which is usually like 3.

so like 8,5,5,5,3

I read somewhere that growth still happens but your body is just used to it and the soreness feeling is decreased

I just got a membership at the gym by me....

I'm just trying to get back in shape, I'm not looking to get jacked or anything. I'm pretty much just gonna run the treadmill and do some lightlifting. What else do you suggest I do.

its a lil more $ than regular bread

but better food always cost more

high 4 dollar to 5.00 and some change is usually the range for it depending on where youre at.

Me, personally I can only speak from experience. I guess I should of said IMO. But the reason I say that is, the soreness is from tearing, andworking the muscle. When the tearing rebuilds thats when the growth happens. So if the soreness is decreased then your not tearing enough fibers. Of coarsethats not the "all in all" but just my opinion.

coming from a person who used to be on EAS - ON is the way to go. My first supplement was EAS and that **#% got me HELLA fat. I was gettingpissed...luckily a few weeks of long distance running and stricter dieting shed off that weight but damn....that stuff really is garbage. ON has me gainingbetter and I'm not getting fat from it.
