I just started.

Any good guides/tutorials to white balance I suck at it bad! And also what would be a good replacement for my kit lens with the D90.. I want to budget maybe 100-200 more then what I can sell the len's for?

My brother likes The Hundreds so i had my wife make a cake for him.






it isnt perfect. i did the letters but, its possibly the first hundreds cake ever made....i think.

chocolate with chocolate/raspberry cream filling.

everything is edible.

made of fondant.

Should be on that show that makes cakes and battles other chefs. I seen the Pixar one and the cakes on there were nuts.

And I think they had a Hundreds cake before on their blog, but yours looks better.

So im trying to take a photo with a long shutter speed so that everything moving is a blurr... but during the day. all my photos keep getting over exposed tho, is it even possible>?

Cake looks dope. They may have had one before, maybe Bobby Hundreds will chime in.

To the guy asking about the 70-200, I may feel pretentious with it but hey it makes me look like a "professional" so I don't mind.

Your best bet is to set the longest exposure you can according to how exposed you want it using your meter. If that's not long enough, grab a remote and just do several long exposures and then merge them all.

ok seriously, i think we need to teach people to resize their images, or at least make them fit in the page.. this thread is getting very difficult to read. plus, smaller images look better..

does anyone else agree?

SO im tryna find a good deal on my FIRST zoom in lens for my nikon d40..I was looking at amazon.com and i was wondering if someone could help me out

I think the max size should be 800pixals. Also if you guys have your pics hosted at a large size, you can always add this at the end of your images in HTML to make it smaller:
