What are the best Outdoor Malls in The Bay?

Felt like taking a walk so Im wondering whats the best outdoor mall in the area?

Corte Madera has 2 pretty good ones. Snow bunnies in short shorts

Stanford Mall is cool. Santana Row is cool.

South Bay- Santana Row

East Bay- Bay Street in Emeryville
Deep East Bay- Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek

Deep deep East Bay- Streets of Brentwood (boring shops but has a movie theater and restaurants)

Peninsula- Stanford Shopping Center or
Union Square SF

North Bay- IOENO
