I had a Nexus One and a Hero after getting rid of my iPhone, trust me Android is nice but it doesn't compare.

What network will you be using the phone on?
If it's for AT&T you can also consider a unlocked phone from Telus which is a Canadian network but will work on AT&T 3G frequency.
For a good phone, your best bet is an Android phone, Windows Phone 7 devices are brand new.
You can find a Nexus One or Desire for a decent price. Even an HD2 and load Android onto it.

Never heard that before everyone I know who switched from iPhone to android phone prefer android.Including people on here.Had no idea they were that much though.
