If you buy one new under contract its not that bad. I ended up paying $15 bucks more to upgrade as I sold my 3GS the same day. And I have 2 iphone under my contract so the bill isnt that bad either. Well worth it to me.

Flash IS TURRIBLE. Its funny how you android dudes are all on Flashes **** and you guys are supposed to be supporting "open source" operating systems but FLASH runs TERRIBLE on UBUNTU. Why would anyone trust Adobe when they have an EXTREMELY shotty past on dealing with non Windows OS. They are only supporting Android so much because they cant do it with Apple.
Emulators? Why need emulators when developers are DEVLOPING for iPhone. I Get 99% of my APPs for FREE straight from my iphone on Installous.
iPhone has just way better killer apps. iBook is REALLY good. iMovie i hear is REALLY good. All major developers are developing for iPhone.
It's true iPhone isnt as open as Android but most android users are running Windows at home so what do you guys even know about open source OS...

you seriously gonna tell me with a straight face that da whole NES, SNES, genesis collection on your phone is < iphone apps?
app that android doesn't have thats superior.
flash runs beautiful on froyo son...facts are facts., and when gingerbread starts getting pushed out da iphone will be even more at a disadvantage..one android phone
at a time people are seeing thru da apple hype machine.
i agree with diego that da iphone is perfect for da "i want a cool phone" types who are technologically challenged as alot of apple fans are.

I'll just put it like this... I work for Apple Corporate and I have a Droid. If u want something easy to use and that "cool factor" go with the iPhone. If you are into customization and making your phone suit YOU... Go Droid. I'm always taking about things that my phone can do and my co-workers give me the stink eye...

I had emulators on my wm 6 phone what's your point? They have emulators on cydia. You must be really knew to the whole smart phone game but everything that you guys are besting over was done on wm 6 all tha cooking roms !$*@ came derived from windows mobile when xda was mostly windows mobile forum. We are discussing phones not computers. iPhone has way more commercial killer apps than android. Check out the apple store theyve got crazy production apps out there
