Damn seems like a good thread from what I read so far. I haven't seen the video yet here, but I can say this. I've always wondered about 'Ye doing stuff like this and when he paired up with Consequence, all I kept saying was don't do him like you did Rhymefest, Really Doe, and GLC. He kept talking about putting all them Chicago cats on and they just disappeared.

How was Joe pilling a stunt or even lookin for attention when Cons was on the breakfast club talkin krazy? "I worked with Grammy artist" "Joe got smacked up by Raekwon" ... basically he was indirectly tryin to say Joe was a nobody without actually saying it. Now that's lame.
Cons fell for the trap question, ran with it, and got caught up in the moment with his words.

True enough Cons fell for the trap question but dude repeated over and over it's not an issue but it can be if you want one, and I could hardly hear what Joe was saying in the video but he made no attempt to "take it there" just wanted to keep egging it on for attention sake. If you truly gonna see about an issue with a guy like a man you not gonna sit there and have a war of words with him when he's explained what needs to be explained.

Since when was Joe Budden a tough guy? I mean if I came to confront someone I would do more than speak in a monotone voice, clearly a publicity stunt, but Cons didn't pack peddle at all. Back peddle would've sounded more like "Yo, my bad son I didn't even mean it like that, They took it all out of context and ****" you guys love hyping ****. Then they brought up what you said, and I know that Raqi is your homey so i figured you were riding with her and I said what I said plain and simple". What irrelevant reasons did he give? I just peeped the videos, I would say the Kanye situation is about the principle with Cons. I believe him when he said that 'Ye still owes him, but he seems to be past that. In terms of not telling the man congrats on the baby after you've been friends for so long? Yeah that's foul. Can't even send a card or a text or something . I'm surprised he let that Kim K secret out about 'Ye playing chauffeur to the telly

Say what you want, but that's a pretty obvious subliminal for, "nahh I don't **** wit' you", which can be read as disrespect towards Cons.
Cons merely served JB back. He'd been a sucka to have addressed it any other way.
So the whole approaching Cons at hot 97, while cameras are conveniently rolling, was pretty lame, imo. Almost seemed scripted on the part of JB.
