Lil Wayne Sorry For The Wait 2 Thread (Sh*t freestyle out now)

The same gucci that helped thug get a 15k deal

Gucci not seeing no money from thug, he aint repping bricksquad for a reason

Thug went and signed that deal without Gucci  the dudes at Atlantic said if they knew Gucci had paperwork on him they prolly wouldnt have gave him that deal

I think Thug contract with Gucci is up now tho as far as the albums he owe him. That's why Gucci was releasing those all those Thug "albums" on iTunes last year

Lil’ Wayne Set to Sue Birdman For $8 Million

According to TMZ, Weezy and Birdman have been attempting to come to terms this week, but settlement talks eventually broke down. The self-proclaimed “Best Rapper Alive” is now suing his life mentor for $8 million and will ask a judge to declare him free of Cash Money Records and Birdman’s control.

Wayne has stated Birdman has violated their contract, refusing to release the rapper’s new album Tha Carter V. The $8 million is advance money for Weezy F. Baby’s latest album, which currently has no release date. Things between the two fell apart late last year, when Lil’ Wayne took to Twitter stating he wanted off of Cash Money Records and blamed Birdman for the delay of his album. Days later, he confirmed he wanted no parts of the label, with his manager Cortez Bryant recently speaking out on their issues.

Earlier this week, Lil’ Wayne dropped his Sorry 4 The Wait 2 mixtape, which included a remix of O.T. Genasis’ street anthem “CoCo.” On the record, Weezy holds nothing back taking aim at the label and now-estranged “father.”

“Who kept this **** together? N***a, me, that’s who
Who was there when n****s left us? N***a, me, that’s who
Cash Money is an army, I’m a one-man army
And if them n****s comin’ for me, I’m goin’ out like Tony
Now I don’t want problems, I just want my money
Ain’t gotta hold no conversation or my luggage
Tell whoever’s countin’ that I’m on a hundred
Birdman Jr., more like Ugly Duckling”

I don't get it tho. I got a boy who won't listen to thug because he says he's gay etc etc but son was a Lil Wayne fan from day one. He praises no ceiling like it's grodt but I'm like if u hate gay rappers u should hate Wayne and birdman too. These ****** kiss on the lips bruh. I can't rock wit thug cuz I just don't like the sound its borderline annoying but he does have a couple tracks that are some good turn up songs.

That's nothing compared to the money he prolly finessed out this dude  :smh:
Yeah bird & slim pimped wayne

Created YM made wayne the poster boy so they can have a relevant label again :smh: wayne aint probably see no money from drake & nickis success besides a bugatti & gifts

Juvie and fresh made cash money... Wayne is who kept them afloat when everyone left

Mannie Fresh and Wayne made Cash Money

Wayne saved cash money

Fresh & juvie made it

Exactly. If Wayne didn't step up CM coulda ended up like No Limit. Baby and Slim did their thing in the front office but Wayne was the dude out on the field making plays. They basically played this dude. When he was hot they was letting him give away his best **** for free cuz they knew whatever he put out it was gonna sell but now he can't eem get a release date. Wayne might have to just leave with nothing.

Wayne and Baby is the 2015 version of Dr Dre when him and Suge fell out pretty much over Pac

Yeah. Difference is though Suge had a sure thing in Pac. Birdman got Thug lol. Wayne is a legend, 5 years from now Wayne can still tour and make some paper. While Thug has grown on me a bit he might not even be around 5 years from now. Baby and Slim are taking a risk. Why would anybody want to sign with CMB after they see how Baby is treating his "son".

I have no clue why I listened to wayne but for some reason I listened to this... And I wish I hadn't, nothing but auto tone I stopped at track 3 when my ears couldn't bear anymore. :smh: :smh: :smh:

Absurdly disrespectful to sue the man who put you in the game, Wayne. I can't respect that. Birdman isn't holding "C5" hostage, he just don't wanna put out a album that doesn't have high chatting singles and barely any buzz. I am on Baby's side on this one.
