Relentless work ethic is a talent. He is corny. But corny sells and he knows it and exploits it. I was a big fan of drum line but pretty much can't stand anything else he plays a major role in.

Donald after putting out Atlanta and writing for 30 rock, is obviously a more talented writer and actor than Nick. Again Nick just comes across and corny when I see him in movies outside of Drumline.
But overall yeah Childish Gambino is the cooler version of Nick Cannon

He's a very talented entertainment executive.
He understands content very well, and that's why he gets those exec jobs like Nickalodeon.

Wild n out was funny when it had real comedians. He's still talented and successful despite his corny, lowest common denominator approach. He should continue to play the background, he's doing much better there than the foreground. (And hosting)
