I do too. I got lucky getting the Kobe V "Dark Knights" for retail on Nike.com in '09. You best believe I balled out in those and broke necks at the same time. They are beat up and unwearable now... RIP.

Sounds about right. I would only wear Superfly 2s or XX8s while playing basketball, never for fashion. But then again, those aren't my taste even on the court. Kobes ftw.

Sure, if that is your opinion. I don't think it's a LOT lighter. I actually think the '99 release is closer in color to the OG than the '12. It's all subjective. Those look closer to the '99s  than the '12s imo

FK lows are what I've been waiting for! I wonder how they would feel on the court compared to the EM lows though. I've never tried on the high tops, or any FK shoe for that matter, so I wouldn't know. It wouldn't surprise me if they felt more secure on the foot. They look a lot more durable too...

Sorry, but the basketball version of the Spiridon looks like straight up garbage. It's like they tried to fuse a high-top Spiridon with the 6-rings sole... wtf. BUT, if they ever re-released the OG runners in the black/grey/red colorway I would definitely cop like 3 pairs.
