If you plan on actively trading then it would be held in your SC wallet on the exchange. I can't comment on Polo but I have no problems holding in my wallet on Bittrex as I actively trade.

SIA and XVG are the ones I've been watching. I think XVG will bounce back near or surpass it's ATH but unfortunately there is a huge wall at 249 satoshis. Will likely see another dip after chipping away it.
