shes pretty spot on with most of them  One thing that i think is vital, that most people dont have, is an instant read thermo.  Thermpen probably the best money i ever spent on a cooking tool, besides for maybe my rice cooker.  

if a crock pot is all you have then you gotta try to make it work.  But if youve got something better to cook them on, you better not be using  a damn crockpot.

technically if they are fall of the bone they are overcooked.  however, i like my ribs overcooked, i love them falling off the bone.  I would never boil ribs, to each their own though.

Yeah they are stock 18s. It is the "smokey mountain" edition. I had them take the decals off when i bought it :lol i like the wheels but im prob going to get 17s or maybe 18s with a higher offset and 33s and a minor ~1" lift.
