Most affordable 1911 you can get, period. For what you pay, it's a pretty good gun, and damn accurate. Not the prettiest gun in the world, but that shouldn't be what you're looking for anyways.

If your barrel is designated as a .223, you shouldn't be shooting 5.56 anyways. If I had a 5.56 AR, I could shoot .223 out of it but not the other way around, regardless of twist rate.
