That's weird. Let me mention that when I leave the YouTube app and go to another app, it does pause a bit but eventually starts playing in the background.

So far I have Pandora Patcher, YouTube AdAway and YouTube Background Playback all working good.

I'm on the $30 prepaid plan and it works for me. It's weird because I've read on XDA it doesn't work for others as well. Have you tried recently?

You shouldn't have to change your plan if you upgrade at a Sprint Corporate Store. I was able to keep my SERO Premium Plan when I upgraded to the Evo 4G LTE.

Some Galaxy Nexus owners in Houston have confirmed LTE live in some parts of Houston recently so I'm hoping for it to go live officially soon. Shouldn't be too long since we are one of the first launch cities anyway. I'm a female btw.
