I recently applied for a Claims Rep position in Tampa. I finished the assessment and what not a couple of days ago. I apparently passed because I wasn't rejected. I just want some other peoples experience as far as getting hired.

How did you guys get a grasp on learning the scales and not being robotic? What techniques worked for you guys? I'm kind of stuck in a "purgatory" so to speak as far as guitar playing goes. Any advice helps.
